DELOLUX 20 | DELOLUX 202

DELOLUX 20 and DELOLUX 202 are LED area lamps that enable fast curing of flat layers in seconds thanks to the even irradiation they provide. By arraying several DELOLUX 20 or DELOLUX 202, bonding surfaces of any size can be irradiated.

Arraying of DELOLUX 20 and DELOLUX 202

By arraying several lamp heads in x- or y-direction, bonding surfaces of any size can be irradiated.

DELOLUX 20 - even irradiation of large surfaces

Application areas:

Glass bonding
Display bonding (large-area, low-tension curing)
Thicker, flat adhesive layers

DELOLUX 202 - even irradiation of long lines

Application areas:

Bonding of small components in short cycle times
Bonding of microswitches
Bonding of miniloudspeakers

Up to four DELOLUX 20 or DELOLUX 202 lamps can be independently controlled with the external DELO-UNIPRO control module. Irradiation time and intensity can be individually set for each lamp. In addition, the status of all monitored lamp functions is displayed on the control unit. The control module is also available as the DELO-UNIPRO Light version.

To monitor production processes, we recommend checking the light intensity of DELOLUX 20 by means of the DELOLUXcontrol light intensity meter at regular intervals.
