Screwdrivers torque and angle control for the automatic bolting applications components with reduced dimensions and especially for critical junctions where great accuracy is needed and control of the angle (number of turns) around the tightening process. This series of screwdrivers are controlled by current (digitork) and are driven by a servo motor with incremental encoder and planetary box. The controller is designed to perform control of the servomotor, the calculation of torque and angle measurement. You are still able to communicate with the PC via RS232 or USB interface of inputs and outputs (12/8) and presentation of results in the display of 8 lines. Its characteristics give this bolting system versatility and reliability for use in demanding assembly processes, ensuring a process of screwing precise and controlled even under difficult conditions.
